When you purchase a product from our website, we will automatically register your product for the extended guarantee period and then add another year in addition to this, as a thank you for shopping directly with us.
Do I have to do anything?
No, we will automatically register you for the additional year. You don't need to keep your receipt either, as we will keep a record of your order.
Are there any terms and conditions?
To qualify for the extra 1-year guarantee, your product must have been purchased from the ASCOT-HOME official website from the 1st of January 2022.
How do I claim?
